Here we replaced ground coffee with other light abrasives that are used in industrially produced scrub creams. These are, as a rule, peach or apricot pits ground into powder. It will not be possible to finely grind either an apricot seed or a peach seed in a coffee grinder at home, but finely ground coffee acts just as well as a light abrasive.

Cream scrub with rice, honey and white clay.

Unlike the cream scrub with ground coffee, which can be made in a couple of minutes using home remedies, the following scrub recipe will require preparation. It contains white clay, and it may not always be on hand at home. But if you have it, everything else in the recipe is quite simple. Take three volume parts of dry rice ground in a coffee grinder and mix with two parts of white clay and one part of honey. One piece can be taken as a tablespoon. Mix everything together thoroughly and grind it in a cup with a tablespoon.

If you don’t like the smell of honey, you can add aromatic oil to your scrub cream to suit your taste. This facial scrub cream will gently and in a very thin layer remove rough skin and give your face a young, fresh look.

Homemade face scrub with ground rice and cream.

If you don’t have white clay and ground natural coffee on hand, and you need a cream scrub very urgently, then you can use another quick scrub recipe. Namely, we compile the cream scrub from the two previous recipes from the ingredients available at home. From the first recipe, we take any cream that is on hand, and replace the coffee with ground rice. From the second recipe we add, or do not add, as you prefer, honey. That's it, a simplified face scrub cream prepared at home is ready.
